Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective airline, hotel or service provider
- Fares and prices quoted are indicative and valid only at the time of quotation; final price is confirmed before payment
- E-tickets and vouchers are issued only after full payment is received
- It is the traveller's responsibility to verify names against passport/ID before ticket issuance — name changes after issuance may attract airline penalties
Prices & Payment
- The quoted price includes all taxes and fees unless stated otherwise in writing
- Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and approved EMI plans
- EMI facilities are provided by partner banks and subject to their terms
- Lowest Price Guarantee: if you find the same itinerary cheaper on a comparable Indian portal at the time of booking, we will match or better it
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges depend on the rules of the airline, hotel or package supplier and are communicated in writing before payment. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the supplier releases the amount. See our Refund Policy for timelines.
Visa Services
- Visa grant or rejection is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate; HotSafar assists with documentation and submission only
- Visa fees, once submitted to authorities, are non-refundable regardless of outcome
- Travellers must provide accurate, complete documents; HotSafar is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect information
Travel Documents & Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid passports (minimum 6 months validity for international travel), visas, and health documents required by the destination. HotSafar is not liable for denied boarding due to invalid documents.
Limitation of Liability
HotSafar acts as a booking agent for airlines, hotels and other suppliers. Service delivery on the ground is the responsibility of the respective supplier. Our liability is limited to the service fee charged by HotSafar.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
