Welcome to HotSafar Premium Travels ("HotSafar", "we", "us"). By accessing www.hotsafar.com or booking any service through us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Service

HotSafar is a travel agency that acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa authorities and tour providers). We facilitate bookings; the actual service is delivered by the respective supplier and is subject to their terms.

2. Bookings & Pricing

• All fares and prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Prices may change until a booking is fully paid and confirmed, due to supplier fare fluctuations, taxes or currency movements.
• A booking is confirmed only after we issue a confirmation/ticket and full payment (or agreed instalment) is received.
• You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details. Corrections after ticketing may attract supplier charges.

3. Payments

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net-banking, wallets and approved EMI options through secure third-party gateways. HotSafar does not store your full card details. Any bank or gateway charges, where applicable, will be disclosed before payment.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation and change rules are set by the airline, hotel or operator and vary by fare type. Refunds, where eligible, are processed in line with those rules and our Refund Policy. Service fees charged by HotSafar are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Travel Documents & Visa

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits and health documents for your journey. While we provide visa assistance, the final decision rests with the relevant embassy or authority. HotSafar is not liable for visa refusals or denied boarding due to inadequate documentation.

6. Liability

As an intermediary, HotSafar is not liable for acts, delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes or losses caused by suppliers or events beyond our control (including weather, strikes, force majeure and government action). Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee charged by us for the affected booking.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. All content, branding and design on this site are owned by HotSafar and may not be copied without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
