How to Cancel

WhatsApp at +91 87670 33333 or email support@hotsafar.com with your booking reference. Cancellations via phone must be followed up in writing.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method. UPI/bank: 5–7 days. Credit/debit cards: up to 14 working days depending on your bank.

Visa & Service Fees

Our service fee and visa documentation charges are non-refundable once work has commenced. Embassy fees are subject to embassy refund policies and are generally non-refundable.

Force Majeure

Cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics or government travel bans — we will work with you to rebook or provide credit notes. Cash refunds are subject to airline/hotel policies.
