1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HotSafar Travels services — including hotsafar.com, mobile platform, or by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices quoted are valid at the time of enquiry and may change. Full payment or deposit must be made within the stipulated time to confirm your booking. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and EMI.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges vary depending on the type of booking, airline/hotel policies and time of cancellation. HotSafar charges a service fee in addition to any supplier cancellation charges. See our Cancellations page for full details.
4. Visa Services
HotSafar assists with visa documentation but cannot guarantee visa approval, as decisions rest solely with the respective embassy/consulate. Processing fees paid to embassies are non-refundable.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all international trips. HotSafar is not liable for losses arising from trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage or other unforeseen events.
6. Limitation of Liability
HotSafar acts as an intermediary between travellers and travel service providers. We are not liable for service failures, delays or cancellations made by third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the service fee charged by us.
7. Privacy
We collect and process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this processing. We never sell your data to third parties.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
